Cooperation
For me, collaboration is not based on programs, methods or predefined formats.
It arises when people, managers and organizations reach a point where decisions can no longer be postponed, conflicts can no longer be avoided and stress can no longer be compensated for.
When clarity, inner security and implementation become decisive, the question is no longer whether, but how to work.

All formats are about:
Creating the ability to act when pressure, complexity and responsibility are high.
The crucial question is not whether you want change.
But whether you are prepared to keep what change means in your everyday life.
If you do not want to answer this question on your own, we will discuss whether and how a collaboration makes sense.
This collaboration is neither classic coaching nor therapy.
I work with people and organizations that bear responsibility and are willing to deal with what change actually requires, beyond concepts and quick fixes.
