not based on programs, methods or predefined formats.<\/p><p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"798\">It arises when people, managers and organizations reach a point where decisions can no longer be postponed, conflicts can no longer be avoided and stress can no longer be compensated for.<\/p><p data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"952\">When clarity, inner security and implementation become decisive, the question is no longer <em data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"915\">whether,<\/em> but <em data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"935\">how<\/em> to
