My work is not traditional coaching or therapy. I work with people, managers and organizations in complex change and conflict situations in which responsibility, pressure and decision-making skills play a central role.
Collaboration makes sense for individuals, managers and organizations when change can no longer be achieved through insight, concepts or internal clarification alone and when clarity, inner security and implementation become crucial.
Cooperation does not make sense if the focus is on quick solutions or if there is no willingness to deal with the actual conditions of change.
Nervous system-based work takes into account that people do not primarily act cognitively under pressure.
Decisions, communication and behavior are essentially shaped by inner security or excessive demands.
My work starts precisely here in order to enable sustainable capacity to act.
The Hakomi method is one of several methodological foundations of my work. It does not serve as a technique, but as an attitude and approach,
to perceive and work on inner processes, relationship design and change dynamics in a differentiated way.
A collaboration begins with a discussion in which we clarify whether the issue, the context and the level of responsibility match my way of working and whether a collaboration makes sense.
