My agile training and change management training is based on over 20 years of experience in operational and management roles in SMEs and corporations with in-depth expertise from various disciplines. This know-how flows into modern, sustainable learning formats that are geared towards real impact and practical implementation.
Whether it’s topics relating to change management or hybrid project management, I convey content with practical relevance and a high degree of relevance for everyday working life. My approach is holistic and integrative – for people who not only want to learn new things, but also want to anchor them in the long term.
